Slow Mint
A fair-launch token pad where supply unlocks only as real holders keep showing up, week after week.
A live room for local auctions where every bid lands onchain in under a second.
Try it live, freeA church fundraiser in Enugu auctions a hand carved chair. Fifty people bid from their phones, the auctioneer sees each one land, and the winner pays on the spot.
Auction room page, bid contract, auctioneer console, winner checkout.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Onchain auctions exist (NFT auctions). Live room style auctions for physical items with second by second bids were not found.
Zora auctions; Givebutter auctions off chain.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.

The complete Auction Room app: a live room for local auctions where bidders in the hall or abroad bid from their phones and every bid lands onchain in about a second, with a paywall, host console and room assistant built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Bidding is free. Bidders abroad pay for Paddle Plus, groups pay a monthly host plan, and the owner can take a small host fee on lots sold. The app never holds lot money.
Optional host fee of 0 to 5% on lots sold, charged to the room. Bid gas on Monad is a fraction of a cent and can be sponsored.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.

Problem: Church, school and community auctions raise real money but end in arguments about who bid first, winners who walk away, and relatives abroad who cannot take part.
Solution: Bidders tap from their phones; each bid is recorded on Monad and appears on the hall screen in about a second. Ties settle by block order, soft close protects last second bids, and the record is public by paddle number.
Why now: Monad's fast blocks and sponsored transactions make per bid records instant and nearly free, and families abroad already join events by phone.
Market: Parishes, schools, old students' associations and community groups that run fundraising auctions, and their diaspora members.
The ask: Pilot partners: three parishes and one old students' association, plus Monad ecosystem programs.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.
Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $1,200: your own lot types and branding, a naira payment partner, a projector layout for your hall, or a multi room deployment. Scoped on a call.
Churches, schools and community groups raise money with live auctions, but the room runs on raised hands and memory. Disputes over who bid first, unpaid winning bids and family abroad who cannot take part leave money on the table and bad feeling behind.
Onchain auctions exist, mostly for NFTs (Zora auctions and similar), and charity auction software exists off chain (Givebutter auctions and others). Research did not find a live, room style auction for physical items where every bid from phones in the hall and online lands onchain second by second with a public order. Research verdict: medium novelty; auctions and onchain bidding are not new, the fast live room for local physical lots is the new part.
Lots with reserve and step; paddle wallets created at check in; each bid amount, paddle and block; close events and soft close extensions; a payment reference per lot. Names, phone numbers, bank details and item photos stay off chain with the organiser.
Let any community room run a fair, joyful auction where everyone, near or far, can see every bid and trust the result.
The screen moves Every tap shows up on the hall screen in about a second. Seeing your paddle lead is the thrill of the room, kept intact.
No more who was first Bids at the same price are ordered by block, so arguments end with the record on the screen.
Family abroad joins A link lets relatives in Houston or London bid live, then remind themselves for next month's auction.
Check in and paddles: Phone number check at the door or by link creates a Privy embedded wallet as a paddle. No seed phrase, no gas for bidders.
Bid contract on Monad: One contract per auction stores lots, reserve, step and bids. Monad's fast blocks let a bid land and show in about a second; a relayer or paymaster sponsors gas.
Live room: A web page and projector view subscribe to bid events through a websocket indexer, with soft close logic enforced by the contract.
Room assistant: A small model (for example Claude Haiku or a comparable tier via OpenRouter) flags odd bids, writes the treasurer's summary and drafts payment messages. It never bids or moves money.
Payment: Winners pay by bank transfer, card or USDC through the organiser's own provider. A payment reference is recorded against the lot.
Record book: A public page lists every past lot, price and payment status from the chain.
Per bid: a sponsored transaction on Monad, which at typical fees is a small fraction of a cent. An auction day of 200 bids is usually well under a dollar in gas, plus a few cents of model calls for flags and the summary. Example month: four auctions, about 800 bids, roughly 2 to 5 dollars in gas and model cost plus hosting.
Every share card and payment receipt carries the room's link. Relatives abroad who bid once get reminders for the next auction and often start one for their own community. The public record book shows other groups that it works.
Payment default: Winners can walk away. Runner up offers, optional small holds for high value lots and a visible payment status reduce it.
Shill bidding: Organisers could bid up their own lots. Paddles are tied to checked in phones and the public record makes patterns visible.
Charity and lottery rules: Fundraising auctions can have local rules. Organisers stay responsible; the app shows a checklist and never runs raffles or chance draws.
Weak signal: Halls often have poor connections. The live page works on slow data and the auctioneer can pause a lot.
Privacy: Bids are public by amount and paddle only; names and phone numbers stay with the organiser.

Auction Room: A live room for local auctions where every bid lands onchain in under a second. Using someone else's version means their rules, their brand and their revenue. Owning Auction Room means it is deployed under your wallet, carries your name, and every customer, partner and result builds your track record instead of theirs.
Auction Room arrives deployed with a guide. Running it is settings and sharing links, not code. If you get stuck, we help you ship it.
Start with ten people you already know. The first move below takes under an hour and tells you fast whether people care.
Each step is sized in minutes. Most owners spend an hour a week, and the app does the repetitive part.
Nothing is guaranteed. The playbook gives you a clear path and honest numbers, and you decide how far to take it.
Charge the people who get the most value from Auction Room: a monthly plan for groups or teams, plus setup fees for anyone who wants it done for them.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
