Slow Mint
A fair-launch token pad where supply unlocks only as real holders keep showing up, week after week.
A points program where the formula, caps and conversion odds are public and frozen before day one.
Try it live, freeA small protocol wants a points campaign but hates the bait and switch reputation. Honest Points commits the scoring formula onchain and shows users exactly how points are earned, with no hidden multipliers.
Points ledger, committed formula hash, public leaderboard, change log.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Committed, immutable points rules were not found as a product, though the building blocks are simple.
Points programs from Hyperliquid, Jito and others keep formulas offchain and disclose conversion only at TGE; Stack and Absinthe offer editable points infra. No product found that freezes rules onchain before launch.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.

The complete Honest Points app: a project writes its points formula, caps and conversion disclosure in public, seals the hash onchain before day one, posts weekly roots and lets every user recompute their own score.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Projects pay per sealed season or monthly for a studio running many seasons, plus a one time public audit badge for listings and partners.
No fees on users. A rules commit costs a few cents and each weekly root about a cent on Base.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.
A points program whose formula, caps and conversion disclosure are public and frozen before day one.
Problem: Points programs have a bait and switch reputation: hidden multipliers, changed rules and private deals for big wallets erode trust.
Solution: The formula is hashed onchain before the season, scoring runs only from that formula, weekly roots are posted, and anyone can recompute their own score in a browser.
Why now: Communities have been burned enough to ask for proof, and cheap L2 commits make sealing and weekly roots cost cents.
Market: Small and mid sized protocols running points or loyalty seasons, and the launchpads and listings that vet them.
The ask: Pilot with five protocols on Base and Monad, and grant support for the open standard.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.
Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $1,200: custom scoring actions, your indexer, a branded seal page, or integrations with launchpads and quest platforms. Scoped on a call.
Points programs became the default way to launch, but users have learned to distrust them: formulas stay hidden, multipliers change mid-season and big wallets get private deals. Small honest teams pay for that reputation too.
Points programs from Hyperliquid, Jito and others keep their formulas offchain and disclose conversion only at launch, and points infrastructure like Stack and Absinthe lets teams edit rules at will. Our research found no product that freezes the formula, caps and disclosure onchain before day one. The building blocks (hash commitments, Merkle roots, a public scoring script) are simple and well known; the new part is packaging them as the default for a points season. Verdict: rare, medium novelty.
Public onchain activity (swaps, liquidity positions, referral links) read by an indexer, the sealed rules text and its hash, weekly Merkle roots of scores, a public change log, and appeals. No personal data is required; wallets are pseudonymous.
Make every points program checkable by the people it scores, so time spent is respected and trust is earned with math, not promises.
Check your own number Any user reruns the public script on their phone and gets the same score as the leaderboard, to the point.
No secret boosts Private multipliers are not a policy choice, they are impossible: the scorer only accepts the sealed formula.
The Monday proof sheet One page each week: your score, your rank, and how long the formula has stayed unchanged.
Rules commit: A small contract on Base (or Monad, Berachain, Arc) stores the formula hash, start block, week boundaries and the change policy. The full rules text is pinned to IPFS and must hash to the stored value.
Indexer: A Ponder or Envio indexer reads swaps, LP positions and referral events from public chain data and applies the sealed formula.
Weekly roots: Each week the scorer posts a Merkle root of all scores. Users fetch their leaf and proof from a public API and can verify against the root.
Public recompute: An open-source script (TypeScript, runs in the browser) recomputes any wallet from chain data, so disputes are about facts, not trust.
Change log and v2: Edits are rejected on hash mismatch. A new season or version can be committed only with the notice period stated in the rules, and old points are kept.
Helper agent: A small model (for example Claude Haiku or an equivalent low cost tier) drafts weekly summaries, answers 'why is my score X' from the formula, and drafts correction notes for human approval.
Sign in and alerts: Wallet sign-in with Privy, weekly email or Telegram proof sheet.
Rules commit: one transaction, a few cents on Base. Weekly root: about one cent per week on Base. Indexer hosting: about $20 to $50 a month. Helper agent: roughly $0.001 per question on a small model tier. Example: a 2,500 wallet season of 8 weeks costs about $60 to $120 a month to run.
Every share card and proof sheet links to the public seal page. Users who were burned before share it as a signal, and other teams copy the badge because communities start asking for it.
Points are not promises: Points may be read as a token claim. Rules text always states that nothing is promised or guaranteed, and the app never uses airdrop language.
Wrong formula, frozen: A mistake in the sealed formula can not be patched mid-season. Mitigation: a simulation on past data before sealing, and a v2 path with notice where every wallet keeps the higher score.
Sybil farming: Transparent rules are easier to game. Shared funding and cap rules are part of the sealed text, with appeals.
Legal classification: In some places points tied to future value may raise securities or promotion questions. Owners should take local advice and keep disclosures plain.
Indexer errors: Data bugs happen (see the week boundary example). Public recompute catches them; corrections are logged openly.

Honest Points gives a small protocol a points campaign where the formula, the caps and the conversion odds are committed onchain before day one, so users can check nobody moved the goalposts. Run it on a rented points dashboard and the ledger, the users and the trust you earn sit in someone else's database. Own it and the committed formula hash, the public change log and the user list are yours, on your wallet, under your brand.
You do not need to. It ships with the points ledger, the committed formula hash, a public leaderboard and a change log. You set the rules in plain terms and pick Base, Monad, Berachain or Arc.
You can still change it, but the change is public and logged against the original hash. That is the feature. Start with a short first season, like 4 weeks, so a fix waits only weeks, not months.
Not all of them. Mercenary farmers chase the loudest numbers. Honest Points attracts users who are tired of bait and switch, and those tend to stay. Be clear about who you are building for.
Only if you say so, and you should not. Publish what points do and do not mean in plain words. If conversion is undecided, say that. Points programs can raise legal questions in some countries; read your local rules and get advice before tying points to tokens.
Yes. Deployed from your wallet, on your domain, with your brand. The formula hash and the ledger live in your contract.
Protocols pay you to run their honest points season: a setup fee plus a monthly fee per campaign, with higher tiers for more chains, custom formulas and audit style reports. The ladder below is a target, not a promise.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
