Slow Mint
A fair-launch token pad where supply unlocks only as real holders keep showing up, week after week.
A DAO starter kit for small real groups: treasury, votes and roles in plain language.
Try it live, freeSix friends running a community garden want shared funds and fair votes. Kitchen Table DAO gives them a safe multisig treasury, simple proposals and readable minutes.
Safe treasury, proposal and vote pages, role cards, minutes log.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
A friendlier UX layer over established DAO tooling.
Safe for multisig treasury, Snapshot for voting and Aragon templates already cover small-group DAOs, with many plain-language setup guides.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.

Problem: Gardens, savings circles and clubs keep shared money in a coffee can or one person's account, so trust depends on one person and arguments have no record.
Solution: A two key treasury on Base with a no vote spend limit, short human votes that can be revised, and minutes and a weekly digest anyone in the group can read.
Why now: Smart accounts with phone sign in and cheap transactions on Base, Arbitrum and Polygon make a shared treasury usable by people who have never heard of a DAO.
Market: Community gardens, savings circles, school parent groups, clubs and the associations that run many of them.
The ask: Pilot partners: ten groups in Mexico City and one association, plus public goods grants.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.
Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $1,200: your group types and templates, a peso payment partner, WhatsApp voting, or an association branded deployment. Scoped on a call.
Small real groups (community gardens, savings circles, clubs, neighbours) share money through a coffee can or one person's bank account. That puts trust and risk on one person, and arguments start when nobody can see the numbers.
This already exists in parts: Safe provides multisig treasuries, Snapshot provides voting, and Aragon templates cover small-group DAOs, with many plain-language setup guides. What Kitchen Table DAO adds is only a friendlier layer for non-crypto groups: setup in one dinner, rules in plain words, local currency display, a minutes helper and a weekly digest. Research verdict: the category exists, low novelty; the value is the user experience.
Member list (names stay offchain), the agreement text and its hash, Safe transactions on Base, vote records, minutes, and the treasury balance. Phone numbers and names never go onchain.
Let any group of people who trust each other share money fairly, without one person carrying the risk or the blame.
Nobody holds it alone Two keys open the box, so no one person is the bank and no one person can be blamed.
A no that helps Votes are short and human. A no can come with a better idea, and the proposal can change and revote.
Sunday digest One short message a week: the balance, what was spent, what is waiting for your vote.
Wallets: Each member signs in with Privy embedded wallets by phone or email. No seed phrases to start.
Treasury: A Safe multisig on Base (or Arbitrum, Polygon) with the chosen threshold, holding USDC. A spending limit module allows small payments with keys only.
Votes: Proposals over the limit go to a vote: signed offchain messages (Snapshot style), with the result hash attached to the Safe transaction.
Money in and out: Members top up and cash out through a local onramp or offramp partner of the owner's choice. Amounts are shown in local currency.
Minutes helper: A small model (for example Claude Haiku tier) drafts bilingual minutes from votes and messages. Unclear answers are marked waiting, never guessed.
Notifications: Weekly digest and vote reminders over WhatsApp Business API, Telegram or email.
Safe deployment on Base: a few cents. Each payment: about one cent in gas, which can be sponsored. Minutes helper: about $0.002 per weekly summary on a small model tier. WhatsApp messages: around $0.01 to $0.05 each depending on country. Example: a six person group costs well under $2 a month to run.
Each group's share card and digest show how simple it was. Members belong to other groups (school parents, savings circles) and bring the setup to the next table.
Lost phones and keys: A threshold below the member count lets the group recover. Key rotation needs a vote.
Social engineering: Requests to change signers can only pass by vote; the helper warns on unusual requests and can not act on them.
Legal and tax: Pooled money may have reporting rules for associations. The app offers exports and suggests local advice; it is not a bank.
On and off ramps: Cash-out availability and fees vary by country. Owners should choose licensed partners.
Helper mistakes: Minutes can be wrong. Members read them back before they are saved, and unclear votes are marked waiting.

Small groups usually run shared money through one person's bank account and a messy chat. Kitchen Table DAO gives your group a Safe treasury, proposals and minutes on your own deployment, so nobody holds the money alone and every decision has a readable record. Owning it means you can run it for other groups too, under your brand.
The treasury, vote pages and roles come ready. The guide covers deploying, adding members and the first proposal in plain language.
That is who this is for. Members can use embedded wallets, and the pages avoid jargon. Run a practice vote with no money first.
Safe multisig means no single key controls funds. Set a sensible threshold, like 3 of 5, so one lost phone does not lock the treasury.
A DAO is not automatically a legal entity. If you hold real money, check how your country treats informal groups and taxes. This is not legal advice.
They do, and this builds on them. What you add is plain language, one place for treasury, votes and minutes, and setup a non technical group can finish.
Clubs, cooperatives, savings circles and small DAOs pay a monthly plan for hosted treasury pages, votes and minutes, plus a setup fee. You sell to many small groups, and later to associations that run many groups.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
