Sealed Take
Everyone stakes a conviction, encrypted. The chain tallies it without ever seeing a single take. FHE on Base.
Governance by text-sized questions: one decision a week, answered in ten seconds, with real quorum.
Try it live, freeA 400-member creator DAO never hits quorum because proposals are essays. Quiet Quorum sends one plain question a week, members answer in a tap from a mini app, and long-term participation earns a 'steward' reputation that weights future agenda-setting.
Weekly question scheduler, one-tap voting mini app, quorum tracker, steward reputation, results archive.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
No product found built around a single weekly micro-decision with real quorum.
Snapshot, Tally and Agora provide full proposal tooling; no dedicated one-question-a-week micro-governance app was found.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.

The complete Quiet Quorum app: member groups ask one plain question a week, members answer with a gasless tap, quorum is tracked and the tally is provable onchain, with a paywall, owner console and facilitator built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Members never pay to vote. Small circles are free; co-ops pay monthly for reminders, stewards, sybil checks and the Safe queue; federations pay for shared stewards and grant reports.
Votes are gasless signatures. One tally transaction a week costs under $0.01 on Base or Optimism.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.
Governance in text sized questions: one decision a week, answered in ten seconds, with real quorum.
Problem: Member organisations hold real money and decisions, but long proposals and odd voting windows mean most members never vote, so quorum fails and nothing moves.
Solution: A facilitator turns the top suggestion into one neutral question under 20 words. Members answer with a gasless signature in a mini app, get one reminder at their local evening, and the tally and voter root post onchain.
Why now: Mini apps in Telegram and Farcaster put a vote one tap from where members already are, and signatures make it free.
Market: Co-ops, creator DAOs, associations and grant programmes that need real participation.
The ask: Pilot with five creator co-ops and a grant programme that requires participation.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.
Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $1,200: custom membership gates, WhatsApp flows, a different chain or a federation setup. Scoped on a call.

Snapshot, Tally and Agora already provide full proposal and voting tooling, and they work well for detailed governance. We found no dedicated app built around a single weekly micro-decision with real quorum. What is new is the format and the incentive: one plain question a week, one tap to answer, reminders at local time, and a steward reputation that weights agenda-setting, not votes.
Member list from a membership NFT or payment record, the weekly question and its context, signed votes, timestamps, a Merkle root of voters, steward streaks, and the execution transaction if a decision triggers a payout.
Make it normal for every member to have a say, in the time it takes to buy bread.
Ten seconds, done One question, three buttons, from inside a chat or mini app. No wallet popup, no essay.
Visible momentum The quorum meter fills where everyone can see it, and a met quorum turns into an actual payout.
Steady voices set the agenda Showing up every week earns steward status, which shapes what is asked next, never how much a vote counts.
Membership and wallets: Privy embedded wallets with a membership gate: an NFT, a paid season, or an allowlist. Works on Base, Optimism or Arbitrum.
Voting: Votes are EIP-712 signatures collected by the app, so members pay no gas. Shown as a Farcaster or Telegram mini app plus a web page.
Tally and proof: At close, the app posts one transaction with the question hash, tally, quorum and a Merkle root of voters, so any member can verify their vote was counted.
Facilitator agent: A small model (Claude Haiku 4.5 class, via the Anthropic API or OpenRouter) rewrites the top suggestion into a neutral question under 20 words and flags leading words. A human steward approves before sending.
Reminders: One reminder per week at each member's local evening, only to people who have not answered, via push, Telegram or email.
Sybil checks: New wallets and bursts from a common funder are held out and shown to the owner. The gate check runs before a vote counts.
Execution: Passed decisions with money attached are queued to a Safe multisig. Signers still sign. The app never holds treasury keys.
Question drafting with a small model is about 3,000 input and 300 output tokens a week, under $0.01. Signed votes are free for members. One tally transaction on Base or Optimism is typically under $0.01. For a 400 member group: under $1 a month in model and gas, plus about $20 hosting and messaging. Larger groups mostly add messaging cost.
Each closed question produces a share card with turnout and the decision. Members in other groups see a co-op deciding 11 things in 12 weeks and ask for the same. Grant programs that require governance participation become a channel.
Oversimplifying hard decisions: Some choices do not fit yes or no. The owner can mark a question as needing a full proposal, and the app links to it instead.
Leading questions: Whoever writes the question shapes the result. The agent flags loaded words, a steward reviews, and the original suggestion is always linked.
Sybil and vote buying: Gates, held-out wallet bursts, and owner review. Open gates are allowed but clearly warned about.
Steward class capture: Agenda weight is capped at 2x and decays after 8 quiet weeks. It never changes vote weight.
Privacy: Individual votes are signed and kept by the app, only the root and tally go onchain. Owners choose whether votes are public by name.
Legal status of decisions: Results are advisory unless the group's own rules say otherwise. Money still moves only through the group's multisig.
Costs and tools are estimates at the time of writing. General information only, not legal or financial advice.

Quiet Quorum gets communities to real quorum by asking one plain question a week that members answer in one tap. On a hosted governance tool, your members' votes, steward reputation and results archive live on someone else's platform and roadmap. Own it, and the scheduler, the reputation record and the archive of every decision are yours, deployed from your wallet and branded as your community's own.
You write the weekly question and press schedule. The mini app, quorum tracker and archive come built. Custom voting rules are developer work later.
Some will not. The point is that a ten second question gets far more answers than an essay proposal. Start with a question people care about, send it at a time they are online, and post results the same day.
It does not have to. Many groups use it for weekly temperature checks and keep formal votes for big decisions. You decide what is binding.
Yes. Contracts deploy from your wallet on Base, Optimism or Arbitrum, and the archive is yours to export.
Reputation comes from long term participation, which is slow to fake. Keep the weighting modest and review it each season.
DAOs, clubs and creator communities pay a monthly fee for a branded weekly decision tool, with higher tiers for multiple groups and analytics. This is a target, not a promise.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
