A shared house or club tracks who did the work, and the record becomes everyone's portable reliability score.
Try it live, freeSix flatmates in Lagos argue every week about bins. Chore Wheel rotates tasks, each person checks in with a photo, flatmates attest, and after a year Tunde carries a verified 'reliable co-liver' credential into his next rental application.
Group creation, rotating task schedule, photo check-ins, peer attestations via EAS, exportable reliability credential.

The complete Chore Wheel app: a shared house or club rotates the work, flatmates attest each check in, and the record becomes everyone's portable reliability credential, with a paywall, owner console and keeper agent built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Every house gets the wheel and scores free. Houses pay a small monthly plan for landlord links and history, and co-living operators, student housing and clubs pay to manage many groups.
No per chore fee. Attestation gas on Base is a few dollars a month across all houses and can be sponsored.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.
A shared house tracks who did the work, and the record becomes everyone's portable reliability score.
Problem: Shared houses fight about chores from memory, and good flatmates have no way to prove to the next landlord that they were reliable.
Solution: A rotating wheel with private nudges, check ins proved by a weekly dot colour, and flatmate attestations on Base that roll up into a credential a landlord can verify without seeing photos or names.
Why now: Cheap attestations on Base, Optimism and Celo and phone wallets make it practical to record every chore without exposing anyone.
Market: Flatshares, student housing, co-living operators and clubs, plus the landlords who choose tenants.
The ask: Pilot partners: one student housing operator and two co-living brands in Lagos, plus Optimism and Celo grants.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.
Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $600: your own chores and rules, an operator dashboard for your buildings, extra languages or a landlord integration. Scoped on a call.
Shared houses, hostels and clubs run on unpaid work, and they fall apart over who did it. Meanwhile people who reliably show up for shared spaces have no way to prove it when they apply for their next room, while landlords lean on guarantor letters and big deposits.
Chore apps exist and work well: Chorsee, Choreboard and ChorePal track household chores with points and photo proof, all offchain and inside one household. Research verdict: fresh, high novelty for the next step. No product was found that turns peer-confirmed chore records into a portable reliability credential that a person can carry to a new landlord or house and selectively disclose.
The house rules, the weekly rotation, check-ins with a time and a sticker colour, flatmate confirmations, swaps and misses. Photos and chats stay on members' phones and the app's private storage. Onchain: EAS attestations with hashed member ids, plus a yearly credential the holder controls.
Make showing up for shared spaces count, so the people who keep a home running can prove it wherever they go next.
No more arguing from memory The record settles who did the bins. Groups report fewer chore fights because the wheel, not a flatmate, does the reminding.
Your record travels After a year, a credential shows how many weeks you were on time and how many people confirmed it, without exposing anyone's photos or names.
Sunday spin A weekly ritual: spin the wheel, see the streak, and get one private nudge when it is your turn.
Accounts: Privy sign-in with phone number and an embedded wallet on Base (or Optimism or Celo), so nobody needs to understand crypto. Each house is a small group with an invite link.
Rotation and nudges: A scheduler (Convex cron) rotates chores weekly or fortnightly and sends one private reminder before and on the day, respecting each member's quiet hours. WhatsApp Business, SMS or push.
Check-ins: The doer posts a photo within a time window. A sticker colour that changes each Sunday makes last week's photo useless. Photos stay private to the house.
Confirmations as attestations: Flatmates confirm in one tap. When the house quorum is met, an EAS attestation is written with chore, week, hashed doer and hashed confirmers. Batched weekly to keep gas low.
Keeper agent: A small model (Claude Haiku or Gemini Flash tier) writes reminders in the house's tone, spots patterns such as two members who only confirm each other, and suggests rule changes. It cannot confirm chores itself.
Credential: At any time the member can mint a reliability credential summarising their attestations, then share a verify link with score-only or score-plus-chores disclosure.
Per house of 6 per week: about 25 nudges (SMS or WhatsApp at roughly 0.5 to 5 cents each depending on country), a few small-model calls under 1 cent in total, and one batched attestation transaction on Base usually well under 1 cent. Roughly $0.20 to $1.50 per house per month. 500 houses: about $300 to $700 a month including hosting.
Every credential shared with a landlord is a demo of the app to someone who manages many tenants. Landlords and co-living operators who start asking for it pull new houses in, and each new house invites five or more people at once.
Privacy and dignity: Household records are intimate. Keep photos and names offchain, hash member ids, and let each person decide what their credential reveals.
Collusion: Friends can confirm each other. Quorums, pair detection and showing the number of distinct confirmers reduce this; the credential states how many people confirmed.
Unfair use: Landlords could demand the score and discriminate. Never sell or rank people, keep it holder-controlled, and state that it is evidence, not a rating.
Conflict: A public miss can make a house tense. Allow reasons and swaps, and keep misses visible only inside the house unless the person shares them.
Fake houses: Someone could create a house of sock puppets. Require distinct verified phone numbers and show house age and size on the credential.

Chore Wheel rotates tasks in a shared house or club, records photo check ins, lets members attest each other, and turns a year of showing up into a portable reliability credential. On a generic chores app, the app owns the group data and the credential means nothing outside it. Own it, and your houses, your clubs and the reliability records they carry into rentals and jobs run on your deployment and your brand.
Some weeks they will not. Photo check ins take ten seconds, and rotation removes arguments about whose turn it is. Start with one task that causes the most fights, usually bins.
Some will, many will not yet. Treat it as a helpful extra in an application, not a guarantee. Its first value is fewer arguments at home.
Group creation, rotation, check ins and attestations come built.
Keep photos within the group and only attest the fact of completion onchain, never the photo.

Small monthly fees per household or club, plus plans for co-living operators, student housing and clubs who manage many groups. This is a target, not a promise.
