Route funding and vault income from Hyperliquid straight to recurring bills.
Try it live, freeEmeka earns from an HLP deposit. Funding Bills sweeps each week's income to his internet bill and phone plan, and shows what is left.
Income reader, sweep rules, payee list, monthly report.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
No app was found that routes Hyperliquid income to recurring payments.
HLP vault; generic payment streams like Sablier.

The complete Funding Bills app: vault income, and only the income, pays your internet, phone and power each week, with a red week buffer, Sunday slips, receipts and a USDC paywall built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Users pay a small monthly plan in USDC for the app, never from their deposit. Owners can also offer a pay as you sweep fee on swept income instead of a plan.
Optional pay as you sweep: 0.3% of swept income, set by the owner. Withdrawal gas can be sponsored by the owner.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.
Your vault's income pays your real bills every week, and the deposit never moves.
Problem: People who park savings in a yield vault see income as a number on a screen while internet, phone and power still come out of salary. Moving it by hand is tedious, easy to forget and tempting to overdo.
Solution: A scoped agent key withdraws only the computed income each week, fills a small buffer in green weeks, and pays listed billers in local currency through a licensed off ramp with a locked quote.
Why now: Hyperliquid vaults made onchain income common, stablecoin off ramps now pay local billers, and scoped agent wallets make income only withdrawals safe to automate.
Market: Vault and yield holders in markets with mobile first bills such as Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, then any household with onchain income and recurring costs.
The ask: Off ramp and bill pay partners in two more countries, and pilot users from vault communities.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.

Custom work from $1,000: your own off ramp partner, extra countries or bill types, a different vault or income source, or a branded deployment for a co-op or employer. Scoped on a call.
People who park savings in a yield vault see income as a number on a screen, while their real bills (internet, phone, power) still come out of salary. Moving that income by hand every week is tedious, easy to forget, and tempting to overdo in good weeks.
The parts exist: Hyperliquid's HLP and user vaults produce income, and generic payment streaming tools such as Sablier move tokens on a schedule. Research found no app that reads Hyperliquid vault or funding income and routes only that income to recurring real world bills. What is new is the rule set: income only, never principal; a bill buffer filled in green weeks for red weeks; and a local currency payout through an off ramp partner. Research verdict: high novelty, but every component is standard.
Vault equity and deposit basis read from Hyperliquid (public); the user's sweep rules; payee list with biller references (private); FX quotes and off ramp payout references (offchain); weekly sweep transactions in USDC (onchain).
Let savings quietly pay for the basics of everyday life, without ever putting the savings themselves at risk of being spent.
The Sunday slip One short receipt a week: what the vault earned, what got paid, what is left.
No late bills streak A count of Sundays with every bill on time, which people like to keep going.
Red weeks are boring When the vault loses money, the buffer pays and you get a calm note, not a scare.
Wallet and limits: A Privy embedded wallet or the user's own wallet. The user grants a Hyperliquid agent wallet permission scoped to withdrawing USDC from the vault up to the computed income, with no trading permission.
Income reader: A worker reads vault equity and the user's deposit basis from the Hyperliquid info API each week. Income is equity minus basis minus anything already swept. If income is zero or negative, nothing moves.
Sweep and buffer: Income is withdrawn as USDC and bridged to a bills wallet on an EVM chain (Arbitrum is Hyperliquid's native USDC bridge). A buffer balance is filled first up to the user's target in green weeks.
Bill payout: A licensed off ramp or bill pay partner in the user's country converts USDC to local currency and pays the biller. The quote is locked before USDC moves, and payment goes out a few days before the due date.
Assistant: A small model tier (for example Claude Haiku via OpenRouter) writes the Sunday slip and red week messages from the numbers. It cannot move funds; only the rule engine can.
Notifications: Email, push or WhatsApp Business messages for the weekly slip, red weeks and any payout failure.
Per weekly sweep: a Hyperliquid withdrawal fee of about $1 to Arbitrum plus a few cents of gas, and an off ramp fee that depends on the partner (often 0.5% to 2%). Model cost is under 1 cent a slip. Example: $5,000 in a vault, $25 of bills a week, one sweep a week: roughly $4 to $6 a month in fees, so it makes sense only above a few thousand dollars in the vault or with fortnightly sweeps.
The Sunday slip and share card show a real bill paid with no effort. Friends who already hold vault positions ask how; each new country with an off ramp partner opens a new group of users.
Vault losses: Vault income can be negative and the deposit can lose value. The app never sweeps principal and states that past income does not predict future income.
Regulation: Paying bills from crypto involves money transmission and FX rules. Fiat legs must go through licensed partners in each country; the owner must check local rules.
Key scope: An over permissioned agent key is a theft risk. The agent wallet must be limited to withdrawals of the computed income to the user's own bills wallet.
Payout failures: Quotes expire and billers reject payments. Lock quotes first, pay early, and alert the user with time to pay manually.
Privacy: Biller account numbers and phone numbers stay offchain and encrypted.

Funding Bills: Route funding and vault income from Hyperliquid straight to recurring bills. Using someone else's version means their rules, their brand and their revenue. Owning Funding Bills means it is deployed under your wallet, carries your name, and every customer, partner and result builds your track record instead of theirs.
