Try it live, freeKemi carried her five-stack through a regional bracket but has nothing to show scouts except clips anyone could edit. With Clutch Witness she logs a moment, tags the teammates who were there, and it only becomes a permanent attestation once at least two of them co-sign. Her profile becomes a timeline of plays vouched for by the people who were in the lobby.
Moment logging with clip link, teammate tag and co-sign flow, quorum rule, attestation contract, public player timeline page.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Turns teammate trust into the proof layer for amateur gaming skill: a moment only counts when the people who saw it sign it, with a quorum rule and a public vouch graph.
Honeycomb on Solana Attestation Service issues achievement attestations and Elympics with vlayer proves Steam stats; SkillSet (ETHGlobal) did peer-approved skill certificates. None use teammate quorum co-signing of specific in-game moments.

Consumer identity app with onchain attestations on Base.
Fits if deployed on Solana with SAS attestations.
The complete Clutch Witness app: squads co-sign the plays players actually made, building a gaming record nobody can fake alone, with a paywall, owner console and witness agent built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.

Logging and co-signing are free. Players pay for a pro profile to share with coaches, and tournament organisers and collegiate programs pay monthly to sign brackets and scout.
No per play fee. Attestation gas on Base, Solana or Arbitrum is a few dollars a month and can be sponsored.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.

Problem: Highlight clips can be edited and stats from private bracket lobbies are invisible, so coaches cannot tell a real clutch from a clever edit.
Solution: Players log plays with a clip fingerprint; teammates who were in the lobby co-sign or correct them, and only a quorum writes an attestation to the player's public timeline.
Why now: Cheap attestations across Base, Solana and Arbitrum and an exploding collegiate and amateur esports scene that needs trusted records.
Market: Amateur and semi pro players, their squads, tournament organisers and collegiate esports programs.
The ask: Pilot partners: two regional organisers and one collegiate program, plus ecosystem gaming grants.
Funding is never guaranteed. Check each program's rules.
Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $800: your game's roster sources, a Discord bot, organiser branding or a collegiate deployment. Scoped on a call.
Amateur players who want a shot at college teams, orgs or scouts have only clips and stat screens, which are easy to edit or borrow. Their real proof is the people who were in the lobby with them, and that proof is never written down.
Achievement attestations already exist: Honeycomb on the Solana Attestation Service issues achievement attestations, Elympics with vlayer proves Steam stats, and SkillSet (an ETHGlobal project) did peer approved skill certificates. None found use a teammate quorum to co-sign specific in-game moments. Research verdict: rare, medium novelty; attestations are not new, the witness quorum for single plays is.
A short description of the play, the match or bracket ID, a fingerprint of the clip (the clip itself stays where the player hosts it), the tagged lobby, each co-signer's signature and the quorum rule used. Voice chat and DMs are never collected.
Make the word of the people who were there count, so amateur players can prove what they actually did.
Your squad is your proof A play only counts when teammates who were in the lobby sign it, so it means something to a coach.
Honesty is visible Witnesses can correct a claim, and honest refusals make their vouches worth more.
Sunday co-sign queue A short weekly list of plays your squad is waiting on, with a witness streak.
Players and wallets: Embedded wallets (for example Privy) created at sign in with Discord or email, on Base, Arbitrum or Solana as the owner chooses.
Claim: The player logs a play with match ID, round, a short description and a clip link. The app stores a fingerprint of the clip, not the video.
Roster check: The witness agent checks tagged teammates against a public match API where one exists, or an organiser signed bracket sheet. If neither exists it raises the quorum by one.
Co-signing: Teammates sign a typed message (EIP-712 or a Solana signed message) within the window. Signatures are collected off chain to save cost.
Attestation: When the quorum is met, one attestation is written with EAS on Base or Arbitrum, or the Solana Attestation Service, including the co-signer list and rule.
Witness agent: A small model tier (for example Claude Haiku or a comparable OpenRouter model) reads organiser sheets and flags vouch rings, accounts that only vouch for each other.
Public timeline: A player page and vouch graph built from an indexer over the attestations, readable without a wallet.
An EAS attestation on Base usually costs a fraction of a cent in gas; Solana attestations are similar. Signature collection is off chain and free. Roster and ring checks with a small model cost roughly $0.001 to $0.005 per claim. Example: a community of 2,000 players logging 6,000 witnessed plays a month is in the range of $20 to $60 of gas and model calls, plus hosting. Gas and model prices change; check before launch.
Every co-sign request pulls a teammate into the app, and every timeline shared with a coach shows four more names. Organisers join because their signed sheets make their brackets the trusted source.
Collusion: Friends can vouch for each other falsely. Roster checks, vouch ring detection and weighting by honest refusals reduce, but do not remove, this.
Not an official stat: A witness record is social proof, not a ruling from the game publisher. Say so on every timeline.
Game terms and names: Do not use publisher logos or imply endorsement. Use match IDs and generic labels unless a publisher agrees.
Minors: Many players are under 18. Real names and schools are off chain and opt in; age gates where the law requires.
Harassment: Disputes can turn ugly. Refusing to co-sign carries no public penalty, and claims never shame the person who said no.

Amateur players have clips anyone could edit and nothing scouts can trust. Clutch Witness lets a player log a moment, tag the teammates who were in the lobby, and only turns it into a permanent attestation once enough of them co sign. Owning it means you run the vouch graph for your scene: your brand on every player timeline, your relationships with teams and tournament organizers, and the revenue from both.
Yes. Moment logging with clip links, teammate tagging and co sign, quorum rules, the attestation contract and public player timelines are built. You pick chain, game list, quorum size and colors and deploy from your wallet with the guide.
A small group can collude. Quorum rules, a public vouch graph and reputation for vouchers make it costly. It is stronger than a clip alone, not a court verdict. Say that clearly.
Many will not, at first. Use the easiest login available and keep crypto words out of the main flow.
Some semi pro orgs and collegiate programs are open to it. Start with a local scene and one org that will look.
Yes: the attestation contract deploys from your wallet and every player timeline lives on your instance.
Teams and players pay for pro profiles; tournament organizers and collegiate programs pay monthly to verify standout plays and scout from the vouch graph.
