The Verdict
Put a claim to an impartial AI judge that reads the world and rules, on-chain.
Timestamp your original prompts and creative process so you can prove the idea was yours first.
Try it live, freeZara's AI-assisted album art is copied. Her sealed prompt history and drafts, hashed onchain weeks earlier, settle the argument.
Process capture extension, hash timestamping, public proof page
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Prompt timestamping exists in small tools; sealing the full iteration trail is a modest extension.
DeusProof (MCP server) timestamps prompt and output to Bitcoin with an authorship certificate, and ZeroDay (hackathon) links AI works to their prompt and timestamp.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.

The complete First Draft Seal app: creators seal their prompts, drafts and hand fixes into cheap onchain timestamps, keep a public proof page per project and settle copy disputes with one honest link, with plans and payments built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Sealing starts free so the habit forms early. Creators pay monthly for Studio and Agency, and clients or platforms pay per verification check.
Verification checks from clients and platforms at $0.50 each. Batch gas (well under a cent on Base) can be sponsored by the owner.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.
A wax seal for the AI age: dated proof of how you made your work, so credit follows the person even when AI helped.
Problem: Artists, writers and designers who use AI are told their work is not theirs, and copies spread fast. Most have no dated record of how a piece was made, only files whose dates anyone can change.
Solution: A helper fingerprints every prompt, draft and hand fix locally and batches them into one cheap onchain timestamp. One public proof page shows the whole trail, and the app says so honestly when someone else sealed first.
Why now: L2 gas makes a batch cost under a cent, embedded wallets hide the crypto, and AI assisted work is now common enough that credit disputes happen weekly.
Market: Illustrators, designers, writers and musicians who use AI in their process, plus the clients, shops, galleries and grant bodies who need to know who made what.
The ask: Pilot with two illustrator collectives and one print on demand shop, and support from Base Builder Grants.

Many hackathons require code written at the event. See the Regatta Boardfor each race's rule.
Custom work from $500: your own capture integrations, a branded proof page domain, extra chains, or a white label for a creator platform. Scoped on a call.
Artists, writers and designers who use AI in their process are told their work is not theirs, and copies spread fast. Most have no dated record of how a piece was made, only files on a laptop whose dates anyone can change.
Prompt timestamping already exists: DeusProof (an MCP server) timestamps a prompt and output to Bitcoin with an authorship certificate, and ZeroDay (a hackathon project) links AI works to their prompt and timestamp. What this adds is modest: sealing the full iteration trail (prompts, saved drafts, hand edited layer files, outside edits shown as gaps) in cheap batches, plus one readable public proof page per project. Research verdict: rare, medium novelty, a small extension of existing tools.
Fingerprints (SHA-256) of each saved prompt, draft and layer file; a Merkle root per batch; block number and time; the creator's wallet signature; optional encrypted copies in the creator's own vault. Files and prompts are never published unless the creator chooses.
Give every maker a calm, dated record of how they made their work, so credit follows the person even when AI helped.
One link ends the argument A proof page shows every step in order with dates nobody can backdate. Clients and shops can check it in a minute.
Honest by design If someone sealed first, the app says so. That honesty is why people believe the page when it says you were first.
Friday wrap streak A weekly nudge seals the week's unsealed drafts in one batch and keeps a streak of sealed Fridays.
Capture: A desktop helper and browser extension watch only the folders and prompt boxes the creator picks, hashing each saved version locally.
Batch: Hashes become leaves in a Merkle tree; one root per save, hour or session is committed, so one transaction covers many files.
Anchor: The root is written on Base (or Arbitrum or Solana) through a tiny registry contract or an EAS attestation signed by the creator's wallet, created with Privy embedded wallets.
Proof page: A public page lists each step, its leaf proof, block and time, and lets anyone re-hash a file they hold to verify it matches.
Compare: When a copy is reported, a perceptual image hash and an optional vision model (a small, low cost tier) score similarity against sealed drafts. The score is shown as a hint, never a verdict.
Vault: Optional encrypted copies on the creator's own storage so they can unlock one draft for a reviewer without making it public.
One batch is one small transaction on an L2; on Base this is typically well under one cent at normal fees (estimate, check current gas). At 60 batches a month that is roughly $0.10 to $0.50 in gas. Similarity checks only run on disputes, a few cents each with a small vision model. Hosting proof pages is negligible at this scale.
Every proof page carries a quiet 'sealed with' footer. Clients who check a page are often creators themselves, and disputes that end with one link get shared in creator groups.
Not a legal ruling: A timestamp shows a file existed at a time, not who owns copyright. Copy says this plainly and never promises a takedown outcome.
Sealing someone else's work: A bad actor could seal a stolen file early. The trail of many drafts is what convinces, and the app shows thin trails as thin.
Privacy: Only hashes go onchain by default. Prompts can reveal private ideas, so nothing readable is ever published without an explicit choice.
Similarity false matches: Perceptual matching can be wrong. Scores are hints, and the creator reviews before sending anything.
Key loss: If the wallet is lost, past seals still verify but new ones need a recovered key; embedded wallet recovery is set up on day one.

When AI assisted work gets copied, the original creator has no proof beyond screenshots. Own First Draft Seal and you run the timestamp service creators trust, from your wallet and brand. The creators, the proof archive and the fees are yours.
It proves a specific file and prompt existed at a time; it is evidence, not a court ruling. Say exactly that on your site.
Only hashes go onchain. Keep drafts encrypted or on the creator's device, and say so clearly.
You do not need to. First Draft Seal arrives working, deployed from your own wallet with a written guide for every step. You will click, paste and fill in names. If you ever want a change you cannot make, the custom option or a freelancer can handle it, but the first launch needs no code.
Yes. The contract is deployed from your wallet on Base, the code sits in your own git repo, and the name and brand are yours. DEPLOYR does not hold your keys or take a cut of what First Draft Seal earns. If you stop paying anyone tomorrow, the app keeps running on your wallet.
That is the most likely early outcome, and it is fixable. The paths below start with you as the first user, then ten real AI assisted artists, designers and writers you can name today. If ten people you message do not care after you have shown it to them, you have learned something useful in a week instead of a year.
A few free seals, then a monthly plan for creators and a studio plan for agencies sealing client work. This ladder is a target, not a promise.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
