2. Plan one new feature for the event

Pick something you can build or configure in the hackathon window: multi-threshold tiers, a city map of live campaigns, or a sponsor integration. Write it as one sentence.

3. Recruit a teammate with your live data

Post in the event's team-finding channel with your numbers.
