Deploying Field Notes from your own wallet gives you an onchain builder record on Base, Celo or Solana that is yours forever. That record is useful for grants, jobs and reputation. Some ecosystems have rewarded active builders in the past, but airdrops are never guaranteed and should not be the reason you do this.

1. Deploy from your own wallet

Use the DEPLOYR flow to deploy Field Notes on Base, Celo or Solana with the wallet you will keep long term. Not a burner. Write down the contract address and the transaction hash.

2. Verify the contract

25 min

Verify the source on the chain's block explorer so anyone can read the code. Verified contracts get more trust from users and from program reviewers.

3. Create your builder profile

30 min

Set up a profile on the builder directory your chain uses (for Base, base.dev; for others, the ecosystem's project directory). Link the contract, a short description of Field Notes, and your X or Farcaster handle.

4. Get 25 real transactions

60 min

Ask local observers you already know to use Field Notes once each. Real use only, never fake wallets. Thank each one publicly if they are fine with it.
