Pick where you want to go. Every route starts with a move you can make within the hour.
Search for the Base, Celo or Solana ecosystem grants page, current Gitcoin rounds that match local data and real world verification, and accelerators in the style of Alliance or a16z CSX. Put each in a sheet with deadline, amount range and what they ask for.
Cover: the problem (local prices, queue times and openings change daily but nobody pays the people who notice), who uses Field Notes today, your live numbers, what money would unlock, and that you own the deployment from your own wallet. Keep it under 400 words.
Find a named contact on the program page or in their public Discord. Ask one specific question about fit. This shows you read their criteria and helps your application land in the right pile.
Hi, I run Field Notes, a local data and real world verification app live on Base, Celo or Solana from my own wallet. We have a few hundred confirmed observations so far. Before I apply, is a project at this stage a fit for your current round, or should I wait for the next one? Happy to share a one page brief. Thanks for your time.
Submit the application with real screenshots and your contract address. Ten days later, send one polite follow up. Then move on to the next program regardless of the answer.
Hi again, I submitted Field Notes to your round on the date listed in the portal. Since then we have grown to a few hundred confirmed observations. No rush on a decision, I just wanted you to have the latest number. Thank you.
Leave an email and we nudge you at 24 and 72 hours with your next move. Optional.
