1. Browse the Regatta Board

Open /hackathons on DEPLOYR and filter for events on Base or with an AI, payments, or public goods track. Shortlist three.

2. Read each event's rule on existing code

For each shortlisted event, find the rule on prior work. Some allow you to extend an existing project if you disclose it, others require everything new. Only enter events where extending Allowance is allowed.

3. Plan a new feature for the weekend

Write down one new feature you will build during the event, for example a daily spend report the agent sends its owner. Keep it small enough to demo in two minutes.

4. Find one teammate

Post in the event's team channel asking for one person with a skill you lack, such as design or frontend.
