WHY THIS ROUTE
People believe what they do, not what they watch. Getting your team or classmates to each collect one signed reference turns Reference Relay from your project into a shared habit.
ARRIVED LOOKS LIKE
At least 10 people from your group each collect one signed reference within 2 weeks, and three of them do it again without a reminder.

FIRST MESSAGE · GROUP CHAT · TO YOUR TEAM OR CLASSMATES
Small challenge for this week: let's all each collect one signed reference with Reference Relay by Friday. It takes about 10 minutes, I did mine already [screenshot]. Reply 'in' and I'll help anyone who gets stuck.
3. Run a 30 minute live session
45 minHost a call or meet up where everyone does it together. Share your screen first, then help each person through.
4. Celebrate the results
20 minPost a short recap: how many joined, references signed, one funny moment. Name people (with permission).
